How RevEvolve.ai uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and applications. We keep the list short, audited quarterly, and clearly separated from the platform's customer data - and you can change your preferences any time.

Cookie data is neverused to train RevEvolve's AI models or any third-party LLM. The platform's machine learning runs on customer data only - under separate contractual controls.
You're always in control.
Manage preferences via the consent banner, your browser settings, or the per-provider opt-outs in Section 6. Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are honored where required.

What we never do
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not share customer data submitted via the RevEvolve platform (PMS booking data, rates, segments) with any marketing or advertising network - full stop.

- Cookie consent banner - the primary method. Accept all, reject all, or toggle by category. Reopen any time via the "Manage cookies" link in our footer.
- Browser settings - every modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera, Brave) lets you block or delete cookies. See your browser's help docs for details.
- Provider opt-outs - opt out directly with the analytics or advertising provider:

Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break parts of the site. Blocking other categories will not affect core functionality.
Regional privacy rights
EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR). You have the right to withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time, access information about cookies set on your device, request data minimization, and lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. Contact: sales@hotelswitchboard.com.
California (CCPA / CPRA).You have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, opt out of any sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, limit use of sensitive personal information, and exercise these rights without discrimination. The footer includes a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.
Other US states. Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Tennessee (TIPA), and Montana (MCDPA) have similar rights to those described for California above. Email sales@hotelswitchboard.com to exercise them.
Cookies and AI / machine learning
Cookie data is not used to train AI models. Cookies on RevEvolve.ai serve site operation, analytics, and advertising - and they remain entirely separate from the RevEvolve revenue management platform.
- Cookie-collected data ≠ platform AI training data.
- No AI model is trained on site visitor browsing behavior.
- The platform's machine-learning models are trained on customer data only, per the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions §4.
- Third-party AI use (e.g., Anthropic Claude for inference) is governed by the no-training contractual clauses described in the Trust & Security documentation.
Changes to this Cookie Policy
We update this policy as our cookie footprint changes:
- The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change.
- For material changes (new categories, new providers, new purposes), we provide 30 days' notice on the site, re-display the consent banner so you can re-confirm or change preferences, and email active customer accounts.
- The cookie inventory in Section 3 is refreshed on a quarterly audit cadence - the audit finding is reflected in the Last-updated stamp.
